Product Details
Rigid drawer boxes are wrapped inside and out so no board shows at any edge. We tune the sleeve-to-tray clearance so the drawer slides smoothly but never falls out under its own weight.
Ribbon pulls, magnetic stops and printed tray interiors are all available, along with flocked or EVA product wells.

- Will the drawer fall out of the sleeve?
- No. We tune the sleeve-to-tray clearance to a 0.8–1.2 mm slide fit so the drawer moves smoothly but holds its position under its own weight. A magnetic drawer stop is also available.
- Is any board edge visible?
- No. The sleeve and tray are wrapped inside and out, so no greyboard shows at any edge — that is the main visual difference from a folding drawer box.
- What pull options are there?
- Ribbon, die-cut finger hole or metal tab. Ribbon is the usual choice for gifting; a die-cut hole keeps the outline cleaner for retail shelf.
