Product Details
Tuck end cartons close with folded flaps on both ends and need no glue at the point of packing. Straight tuck end (STE) keeps both flaps folding from the back for a clean face; reverse tuck end (RTE) is cheaper to die-cut and nests better on the sheet.
We print CMYK plus spot colours, with aqueous, matte or soft-touch coating. Add a window patch, hang hole or tamper-evident lock at no tooling cost after the first die.

- Straight tuck end or reverse tuck end — which should I choose?
- Straight tuck end keeps both flaps folding from the back for a clean display face. Reverse tuck end is cheaper to die-cut and nests better on the sheet, so it costs less at volume.
- Can I add a window later without new tooling?
- A window, hang hole or tamper-evident lock can be added at no tooling cost after the first die is made, which is why many buyers start plain and add features on the repeat run.
- Is the carton suitable for direct food contact?
- Food-grade board and inks are available for this structure. Tell us the product and market and we will specify the board and coating accordingly.
