These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern a supply contract between us — that is set out separately in the quotation, order confirmation and any agreement you sign.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

The structures, materials, finishes and options described here show what we are able to manufacture. They are not an offer, and they are not a commitment to a particular specification, price or schedule.

Everything we make is produced to order. Board grade, dimensions, coating, insert and finishing are confirmed in writing for your specific project before production begins. Where a page mentions a quantity, a schedule or a certification, it describes our general practice and is confirmed per order — it is not a guarantee attaching to your project until it appears in your quotation and order confirmation.

The packaging and facility images on this site are presentation visualizations produced to illustrate structures, materials and finishing options. They are not photographs of specific customer orders, and they must not be read as evidence of a particular client relationship or as documentary records of a specific production run.

Any product shown is unbranded. Where a brand mark appears in a printed sample image, it belongs to its owner and is shown only to demonstrate a printing or finishing process.

Colour on screen is not a reliable guide to printed colour. Colour is approved on a physical printed draw-down, not on a display.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to confirmation of the final specification, artwork and quantity. Submitting a form on this site is an enquiry; it does not create an order and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

An order exists only once we have issued an order confirmation and the agreed terms have been met.

You keep ownership of any artwork, dielines, photographs, trade marks and specifications you send us. By sending them, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and that our printing them will not infringe anyone else's rights.

We use your materials only to quote, sample and produce your packaging. We will not publish your artwork or name you as a customer without your written agreement.

The text, layout, images and structural drawings on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier.

You may not copy this site's content into a competing offering, republish it as your own, or use it to train or fine-tune a model, without our written permission.

Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability in respect of goods we supply is governed by the terms of the relevant supply contract, not by this page.
