Product Details
A paper carrier is the last piece of packaging a retail customer touches, and the part most likely to be reused. The panel is printed paper; what decides whether the bag survives the walk home is the base reinforcement and how the handle is anchored.
We build bags with a reinforced base card and turned-over top edge, with handles in twisted paper, cotton tape or rope depending on the load and the look. Bag footprint is set from the boxes it has to carry, so the pack sits flat rather than tipping.

- Twisted paper, cotton tape and cotton rope are all available. The choice is driven by the load the bag has to carry and how premium the range needs to look.
- What stops the bag failing at the base?
- A reinforced base card and a turned-over top edge. Handle anchoring and base reinforcement, not paper weight, are what decide whether a carrier survives being reused.
- Can the bag be made without plastic?
- Yes. A build using only paper and cotton components is available, with no plastic laminate required.
